How to build the Selfdocbook

Given a functioning SGML environment, all of the necessary files are shown in full in this appendix. All you have to do in order to build the Selfdocbook is:

1. Make sure you that have installed the necessary SGML tools.

2. Put all the files in the same directory and type make. The default target builds both PostScript and HTML output.
