Hi,
I have recently subscribed to linux-parport in the hope that I can get my
Linux PC to operate an HP SureStore 6020 CD-Writer. I have looked through
the current and historic discussions but have not found any mention of this
model of CDW drive. I hope that someone can help. Does anyone know how
compatible the T358 SCSI driver is likely to be? If it is compatible, what
steps do I need to follow? The components are as follows:
H/W:
1 x Pentium II CPU (266 MHz)
Adaptec AIC-7880 Ultra/Wide SCSI controller
HP SureStore CDW 6020 connected via parallel port
O/S:
Red Hat Linux 5.1 (vanilla)
Thanks for any information!
Cheers,
Chris Bamford
