This combination of patches now collects IEEE1284 device IDs from IEEE1284.3
devices, such as Zip+ drives. Hooray! Try it out on your favourite
IEEE1284.3-compliant device! ;-)

Status readback still seems to be broken, at least relative to 2.2.1 (plus a
udelay tweak). Help in tracking this down would be appreciated..
