I believe, based on a tiny subtle clue, that the 1350 is actually a Shuttle
EPST adapter.

If you look in the installer's setup95.ini you'll see the name "EPST".

Do you have one ? If you can find the installed drivers on your Windows
system and run them through the unix "strings" command, the output should
help. You could also get the DOS EPST driver from www.shuttletech.com and
see if it recognises the adapter.

There is an old Linux driver for the EPST, and a new 2.2 driver is in the
works.
