Hi,
Recent convert to linux so I apologise for any dumb questions on my
part..
Anyway, recently aquired an external drive kit made by Datawise. From
windows It tells me that the chipset is an 'epat plus'.
So I recompiled my kernel with modules for paride, epat & pda. When I
install them I get these errors
insmod paride - goes ok
insmod epat - still ok
insmod pda - gulp!
paride: version 1.04 installed

Now! Something is going wrong, perhaps I need to pass some parameters at
some point?
I'm using kernel 2.2.3, RedHat 5.2, I have SCSI devices (so SCSI
emulation is enabled in the kernel). The drive was formatted under
windows as fat16, it's 1GB in size.....and I've got no idea as to what
to do!
Mike.
