Do you have the _real_ cdrecord 1.6.1 or the one that comes with
Xcdroast ?
Xcdroast is a hybrid program that uses cdrecord for some functions and
its own code for others. It has not been upgraded to support pg yet
and the version of cdrecord that comes with it has pg support disabled.
Get the real cdrecord, and use it until Xcdroast supports pg.
