[PARPORT] Any way to get a faster mode ???

Hi,

Ever since I changed my good old NEC Versa for this d... sh.. of an
Acer, I've
had all kind of trouble. In the partport front I'm fighting to get my MO
drive
to use an 8 bit mode (at least). But the battke seems quite lost.

I'm attaching all the info I could get from my box. If someone could
help...
