well, I must say I'm a bit confused. I asked 2 days ago if parport could
handle with 8,16,32 bits operations in epp mode in order to communicate with
a device I did, which is plugged into my parallel port. Dries suggests me to
write my own kernel module and Tim adds that I could use /dev/parport0
driven by ppdev.
I just uncompressed the source of the kernel 2.2.14 and saw that partport is
part of this kernel. So how can I use parport0 to communicate with my
external device and use parport module and uses the fully power of Epp mode
?
I need help
