As for parport-resources just see the archive of this list. There were
several references. As for the webcam you might want to have a look at
http://webcam.sourceforge.net. It is about CPiA-based webcams. But I
think the information about the v4l-layer is crucial to write a nice
driver from the users point of view. And a working driver for some
other chip-set is always a good starting point. :)
