    so I have to install ppdev for 2.2.16 and find information about it. Is
    the archive downloadable somewehere?
    On http://www.torque.net/parport/archive/current/ I don't see an
    option to download the whole archive . However I remember varguely
    that somewhere there was such an download option, but doing the
    download actually retriever RFC 822 :-(

    Is there an example to use recent ppdev?

    B.t.w.: on http://people.redhat.com/twaugh/parport/ the http link to
    2.2.17... is stale.
