Hi,
this supersedes my last ACPI parport patch.

PNPBIOS copied from pcmcia-cs-2.1.25 and mangled
to fit nicely into the kernel.

Both methods are working fine:

  linux kernel: parport: PNPBIOS found PNP0401: io=0278,0678 irq=5 dma=1
  linux kernel: parport: ACPI found PNP0401: io=0278,0778 irq=5 dma=1
  (Note: ACPI gets 0778 wrong here.)

Tim, this would stop users from mis-configuring their built-in
parallel ports once for all (PNPBIOS exists since 1994)!
Will you consider this for 2.4 after some testing ?
