    If ppdev loaded (as it is), shouldn't it be an entry for ppdev in
    /proc/sys/dev/parport/parport0/devices

    [root@lago parport0]# ls devices
    active

    [root@lago parport0]# cat devices/active
    none

    I've specified irq = 11 when I load the module but the irq file shows
    -1. ??

    [root@lago parport0]# cat irq
    -1
