[PARPORT] printer does not work with kernel 2.4

    Hello,

    I have a printer (deskjet 1120C) atached to my parellel port.
    All was working fine with kernel 2.2.17, i have updated to kernel 2.4.10 and
    know the port does not work.

    lpd deamon consider the printer offline and the port is unusable.
    I have follow the instructions of parport.txt wirth no results.
    I have not use any experimental modules.

    Any help?
