[PARPORT] EPP not Supported

    Hello,
            I'm currently trying to get a zip drive running on my Dell
    Optiplex GX260. It works fine in PS/2 mode but I would like to make
    it work in EPP mode. Unfortunately EPP mode does not show up in
    /proc/sys/dev/parport0/modes. I've cycled through all the BIOS
    settings (AT, EPP, ECP) and none of them actually changes what
    happens. I've traced the problem to the Intel Bug Check in
    EPP_supported, but what does that mean? Is EPP really not supported
    on my machine or is it that Linux can't detect it? As in could I
    still use it using inb and outb?
