    Ups, just noticed that my last patch wasn't correct: dep_tristate ignores
    dependencies with an empty value ($%&#$!) and since there are
    architectures that do define neither CONFIG_HOTPLUG nor CONFIG_PCMCIA the
    following is the correct patch:
