I had a zip mounted on /mnt/zip from device /dev/sda1. Then I sent a
file to /dev/lp1. The file was printed correctly but the ppa / parport
driver send me the following messages:

I install the parport and ppa drivers builtins in the kernel. The
lilo.conf file is like that:
verbose = 0
boot = /dev/hda
delay = 50
install = /boot/boot.b
timeout = 100
message = /boot/motd
read-only
compact
image = /boot/vmlinuz_V1.10
append = "mem=80M parport=0x378,7 lp=parport0"
label = parport4
root = /dev/hda4
vga = ext
image = /boot/vmlinuz_V1.6
append = "mem=80M"
label = ppa_ossfree
root = /dev/hda4
vga = ext
other = /dev/hda1
label = dos
table = /dev/hda
I can give anybody which could help me, any information he should need.
Thnaks for any help
Regards
