I have an old Backpack harddrive, 406 meg with just one big DOS-partion
on it.
It works without any problems in DOS with Micro-Solutions own driver but
I'd like to use it in Linux instead.

And I get the names of the 6 dirs I have on it but also a lot of
garbage with unreadable characters mostly in the form aaaaaaaa.aaa.
When I try to cd into one of the dirs I get:
Filesystem panic (dev 2d:01, mounted on 03:03:245)
FAT error
File system has been set read-only
Directory 6962: bad FAT
I have nothing else using the same paralell port.
