pcd in 2.0.35 does not contain the audio play ioctls.
The best solution is for someone to port cdda2wav or cdparanoia to use
the pg interface. In the meantime, you could try 2.1.125 and see if
there's enough support in pcd. I don't have the time or energy to
work on this myself - but I'd be happy to include any corrections or
additions to pcd's audio ioctl support.
