Hi,

no, I'm not working at an ECP support for parport, but
I'm waiting for somebody, who implements parport_write_block_ECP
similar to the existing parport_write_block_EPP, for I can
include real ECP hardware support in parport_ieee1284,
without the need of doing the low level stuff.

It's great, that you intend doing the job!
