Just to check the obvious, is there actually an sda4? do a 'fdisk
/dev/pda' and look for all the partitions. If you're just following the
directions right as they are, that's probably the problem- do mount -tvfat
/dev/sda1 /zip (also make sure that your kernel supports the vfat
filesystem.
