Actually, I should mention that trying to print with the patch applied
might well cause 5-second freezes. The new recursive semaphores have
broken the logic in parport_pc_fifo_write_block_pio where it waits for the
fifo to be less than full.
If someone can see a fix, please let me know. ;-)
