Can someone help me with this?
Using the new RedHat boot disk with PARIDE, I tried to install RH with a
commuter CDrom. The driver does detect my CDrom. Here's what I get (in
the Alt-F4 window) when I use the DataStor Commuter driver:
(It scans other ports, but the drive is on 0x378)
    comm: port 0x378, mode 0, test=(255,255)
    comm: port 0x378, mode 1, test=(255,255)
    comm: port 0x378, mode 2, test=(255,255)
    comm: port 0x378, mode 3, test=(255,255)
(More ports)
    Autoprobe failed
    No CDrom drive found
If I use the DataStor EP2000 driver, I can see the led on the CDrom
flash, but it still fails to detect my CDrom.
Here's what I get:
    dstr: port 0x378, mode 0, test=(0,255)
    dstr: port 0x378, mode 1, test=(0,255)
    dstr: port 0x378, mode 2, test=(255,255)
(It scans more ports)
    dstr: 1.01, DataStor EP2000 at 0x378, mode 1 (8 bit), delay 1
    Reset (11) signature = 1 1 1 14 eb
    Master is not a CDrom
Reset (101) signature = ff ff ff ff ff (incorrect)
    No CDrom drive found

I would appreciate any help.
Thanks
