Changes since 2.2.5-tmw4:
o Printer console: compile time option for throwing messages away when
the printer's not happy.
o Fixed a zero-timeout bug in parport_wait_peripheral.
o Typo in /proc/.../spintime support.
o Debugging parameters in parport_pc.
o Minor documentation tweak.
This is a collection of small bug-fixes, plus I've integrated the
parport_pc debugging stuff (init=0 and so on).
The main problem still remaining is that for some people, print jobs just
disappear. I think it's to do with parport_pc's probing routines, which
is why I've incorporated the init=0 things. This affects clean 2.2.5, so
once we've found the problem and fixed it I'd like to integrate it back
into Linus' tree.
