[PARPORT] [slight off-topic] cheapest LPT->IDE kit?

I know that this is a little off-topic, but what
is considered the best parallel port to IDE hard drive
conversion "box". I really don't want to spend
much over $40... if possible. Which one is considered
the best as far as speed goes? and the best as far as
the usual DOS+Win95 driver support from the manufacturer?
