[PARPORT] PCMCIA parport enabler

Hi,

in 2.0.x series of Linux Kernels I have a pcmcia_cs module which just sets
lp_table[(minor)].flags of the lp driver to LP_EXIST to make the new pcmcia
lp-port an existing parallel port.

How can I do this with the 2.2.x series paport code?

I would expect some simular behavior of the parport module.
