Hello,
I'm having a bit of a problem setting up my cdwriter (a parallel port HP
cdwriter+ 7500). It seems that I can access pcd0 as a normal cdrom, but
when trying to write to pg0, it complains that pg0 is not a device. The
enclosed attachment is a partial listing of dmesg:

How do I set up pg0 for writing?

Also, Can this cdwriter be set up as a scsi device? I have tried this
from the kernel and it usually prevents my zip drive from working
properly.

Any hints or suggestions welcomed.

Thanks,
D Danhour
