    Hi,

    I've also got a PCI parallel/serial card:

    /proc/pci says the following:

      Bus 0, device 10, function 0:
Serial controller: Unknown vendor Unknown device (rev 1).
          Vendor id=1409. Device id=7168.
Medium devsel. Fast back-to-back capable. IRQ 12.
          I/O at 0xd000 [0xd001].
          I/O at 0xb800 [0xb801].
          I/O at 0xb400 [0xb401].

I get parport to recognize the parallel port with the
    following line in /etc/conf.modules:

    options parport_pc io=0x378,0xb800

(I also have the mb parallel port at 0x378).
Which one of the io ports of the PCI card is parallel
and which one is serial I found out with trial and error :-)

    regards,
    chris
