That's IEEE 1284, not IEEE 1284.3. However, it might be that it can be
selected as a daisy-chain device and then probed IEEE 1284-style (this is
how the VPI2 ZIP drives work). Then again, the drivers that came with it
_would_ know what device it is, wouldn't they? ;-)
