Hello,
at the ftp site, there are some patches:
ftp://ftp.torque.net/tim/

I believe you need to get this one.
ftp://ftp.torque.net/tim/patch-2.2.13-ppSCSI-19990712.gz

For patching, you need the -p1 option instead of the -p0 option.
