I have a PC running redhat that gives me an EBUSY-like message when I try
    to install the epst module:

    vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv
    installing sg ...
    installing parport ...
    installing parport_pc ...
    installing ppscsi ...
    installing epst ... /lib/modules/2.2.16-22/scsi/epst.o: init_module: Device
    or resource busy

    final modules installed are ...

    ppscsi 10352 0

    parport 7280 0 [parport_pc]

Without the parport*/ppscsi modules above installed, the /proc tree does
not have a parport directory present so it is not clear to me what other
hardware could be interfering here. Below I have inserted some system
    information for reference:

What would be the next recommended thing to try to clear up this conflict?
