Has anyone else had problems mounting the data part of multisession CDs
(for example, the ``enhanced'' video section you get on some audio CDs)
using the Freecom Drive-In adapter?
I'm using a Teac CD-W54E, and I haven't had any luck with either 2.2.x
or 2.4.x kernels. Everything else seems to work - I can mount single
session iso9660 discs no problem with pcd.o, play audio CDs with cdcd, and
(after recompiling cdrtools) use pg.o to burn data discs and operate
cdda2wav. I know the drive is multisession capable, because W95 can,
with enough patience, access all the sessions.
Here's the log from 2.4.18:
glyn@corrosive:~$ mount /mnt/cdrw/
pcd0: read block completion: alt=0x53 stat=0x51 err=0x54 loop=0 phase=3

end_request: I/O error, dev 2e:00 (PCD), sector 64
isofs_read_super: bread failed, dev=2e:00, iso_blknum=16, block=32
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/pcd0,
or too many mounted file systems
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Should I provide some more
details?
