Hello Stephen, thanks writting to me, Compaq doesn't have such utility, in fact,
i've called to Compaq's Support Line asking them about my problem, so they begin to say:
"Ok, go to the LPT Properties in your Wi---ws hardware configuration..." and I tell them,
I'm not using that, I just use Linux, they said that Compaq doesn't support Linux OS, blah
, blah and blah... you can imaginate it. Well, I hope if there is someone who knows if it is
possible to change the Parallel Mode from Linux because Compaq's Support Line said that it is
possible to do it in W---ws, is that true?

    Thanks again Stephen!
