Cast:
Client: Windows 2000, allowing PPP or SLIP,
Server: is Linux RedHat 7.1 (2.2.19 kernel) with PPP, SLIP, PLIP
Bidirectional parallel cable as himself.
PPP looks like the only protocol to connect. Every FAQs and
Gurus' sites give only (offtopic) serial cable PPP examples,
claiming that parallel PPP usage is pretty much the same. But
it is not.
Could you please help?
