I got it working-i found a message on the net from some describing his sucess,
so for anyone interested, here goes:
modprobe paride
modprobe epat
modprobe pd
mount /dev/pda1/media/sparq
(fstab line is: /dev/pda1 vfat rw,noauto,users,umask=022 0 0)
