I use the same CD-ROM on both CD drives ( CD-ROM and CD-RW ) on the same
machine and I don't have problems with them on Win2K. I can browse the cd
with both drives.
but I just can browse my cd with CD-ROM on linux. When I try it with CD-RW ,
my system completely freezes and I just can push on reset button.
So, I just can say, CD-ROM is not broken and I don't think there is
something really strange about that
CD-RW drive.
