AFAIK, you can't yet. I have plans to implement a driver for parallel port
ATAPI CD-RW drives as part of the PARIDE suite, but circumstances have
delayed the project.

Look for Joerg Schilling's "cdrecord", but don't expect it to work with
parallel port devices (yet).
