beta-8 fixes a bug in ftape/parport/Makefile where bpck-fdc-crctab.h
wasn't generated correctly.

It also protects the /proc/ftape directory against module unloading
for kernel versions >= 2.1.58

And it fixes a bug in MCONFIG where the module id for the Backpack FDC
driver should read "bpck-fdc" and not "bpck"
