[PARPORT] HP7200e on parallel port via PARIDE: data flow interruption

Dear Grant,

Following your advise I changed the parallel port setting. The DOS hardware
setup programme that came with my Toshiba 660CDT notebook leaves me only with
the choice between "ECP" or "standard bidirec." So I switched to "std. bidir.".

Unfortunately I still cannot force the delay to 0 and every intent to write a
cd still terminates with the same error (see below). What I'm doing wrong?
