Manipulating PDF documents

I heard about pdftk today, and installed it to take a look. Quite nice, but I wish there were a nice graphical interface for it.

The same goes for the psbook program (from psutils) I had occasion to use today — incredibly useful for making brochures out of PostScript files so you can fold the printed pages in half and have a booklet, but it’s really bad that there isn’t a (free software) graphical tool for doing this sort of thing. Yes, OpenOffice.org can make brochures, but only for documents I can edit. What about PDFs or PostScript files I’ve been sent?

As a result I’ve filed an evince bug report in hopes that it will be added there. Are my hopes too high?
