Do migratory birds get jet lag? Does it depend on whether they have used the jet stream?

Did you stay awake the first night until bed time? Anyway, you aren’t a bird so I don’t know that it counts.
Going *there* is fine. Coming back (west->east) is a problem. I never manage to stay up.
