Hello,
I am new to Linux, though I am proud to say that I was able to get a
machine up and running with Linux on my machine after Windows 95 died.
I am using a Linux Macmillan/Mandrake 6.5 distribution. I would like to
be able to use my Iomega Zip 250 (parallel), but all the sites where the
driver is supposed to be located are "forbidden" for some reason. I
have also heard somehing to the effect that the drivers for this device
are included in the Linux kernel 2.x and later, but I don't really
understand the instructions with this theory. Can anyone explain it to
me real slow so that even an imbecile such as myself can understand it?
I speak English and Deutsch.
Thank you,
Dale A. Raby
