Right. The only difference between this and ECP is the fact that ECP
is enabled. Everything else should be the same.

It uses the status lines (which is why it's so slow).
So it looks like PS/2 protocol in ECP mode doesn't work, although PS/2
protocol in PS/2 mode does. Hmm..
