    Hi,

I'm trying to use mkisofs & cdrecord (Version 1.8.1) to backup my linux
system, Red Hat, 2.2.12-20, Toshiba Satellite 2060 CDS laptop using an HP
    cdwriter plus series 7000.

I get the following error: write track data: error after 5308416 bytes:

I've tried changing my parallel port bios setting to St Bi-direct and ECP (I
don't have an EPP option). I've tried setting speed to 0 on the command line.
ie cdrecord -v speed=0, dev=0,0 -isosize -data data.raw without success.

Have attached the output of cdrecord. Can any one help or does anyone have any
    suggestions.

    Thanks,
