    this patch finally fixes the panic with "scsiinfo -d"
    on my parport ZIP-250.

    Background:
    On conversion to the new scsi error handling
    routines, the flag "use_new_eh_code" was overseen.
    Consequently "scsi_obsolete.c" would panic because it
    follows any NULL pointers it gets...

    Besides this the ZIP takes a long time to complete
    this command, so the timeout had to be changed too.

    P.S. The "imm_reset" routine is still wrong, as it
    does only reset the device but doesn't forget about
    it's current command (so you will get "bug in imm_interrupt"
    if you ever take a timeout).
