I am perhaps over-stating this, what I mean is that it is SIGNIFICANTLY
slowed down so that it becomes really tedious trying to do things on the
Desktop while it is printing (and this is a 2G Celeron with 256M!) - though
the mouse still works fine. I suspect that if I got ECP/EPP to work, this
would avoid the slowing but I have no experience of rebuilding modules etc,
so I would be happier to accept slow printing if it could be a reduced
priority process using some configuration - is this possible? Otherwise,
yes, I would appreciate a pointer to instructions of how to rebuild them and
    I'll try that.

    Thanks,

    Neil.
