I have been trying to get my Iomega Zip drive to work with my NEC Versa
6200MX notebook to no avail (using RedHat 4.2).
when I do:
insmod ppa
I get the following error
kernel: PPA: ports at 0x378 are not available
if I try
modprobe ppa
I get the following:
modprobe: Can't locate module block-major-8
I can print from the parralel port and the zip drive does work with my
desktop computer. Can you guide me?
