First, the direct answer to your question is that paride-0.94 is still
where it always was, in ftp.torque.net/pub . But, in that same directory
is a file called rh5bpcd.img , which I believe is exactly what you need:
an RHS 5.0 boot disk with an updated driver for the backpack.
