It won't go into Linus' kernel until 2.3 now. But I'm intending to make an
add-on patch for 2.2 to provide more parport functionality for those who want
it. This will probably include the bulk of Andrea's patch as well.

You might have gotten unsubscribed if your mail was bouncing. Incidentally,
in general if a message is too big to go through the list in one piece you
should take that as a hint to put it up for ftp or something rather than
posting it in pieces. :-)
