Polling works everywhere so far with the stock kernel too.

The point is that are the Epson Stylus Color printer that are
completly broking the irq driven handshake. We can' t declare not-buggy
printer broken. We can instead put a flag like `trust-irq' that if set to
1 (not as default) will allow Epson printer to be fast as in Windows I
guess...
