No. The "1" part is the partition number on the disk and it depends on how
that particular disk was formatted. Zip disks usually seem to end up with a
single partition numbered 4 but there's no reason it has to be that way, and
essentially nothing the PPA driver can do about it.
It sounds like what you need is a smarter "mount".
